We survived through Hurricane Harvey in Houston where the entire community was shut down for weeks, jobs were lost, businesses were closed, evictions were at a standstill because the courthouse was damaged.

I think it is going to be longer than that so I do think we will see an influx of inventory as homeowners get laid off and go into survival mode.
