I do agree with your assessment that the fundamentals, even at today's elevated prices, point towards a rosy future (maybe not as high growth but very healthy growth).

Linden Heights has some really nice houses, especially on the hilltops, and if it is one of those mid-century masterpieces (guilded carpentry, steel supports, elevated foundations) with lots of light and fully rehabbed, then I like the deal.

Younger homebuyers of all shapes and sizes will balk at elevated home prices when they exceed 3X average annual income.

Many just want to cover the entry / exit points but there are other areas that should be considered; the parking lot, admin office, laundry room, elevator lobby, etc.
