@Christopher Aleman  very difficult to get mortgages that small .and the bigger portfolio lenders like B2R ( which may not loan on that asset class) usually have 300k or so minimums... so you would need that amount of cash to begin.debt on those assets is a almost sure fire way to end up in bankruptcy.
