New to REI in Madison Wisconsin!
Howdy everyone! My name is Chris, long time lurker first time poster.
I am interested in starting to flip in the Madison area and would welcome any advice!
I'm looking to start with single family properties purchased for ~$150k with a desired profit of $15k after considering rehab, holding, financing, and other quiet costs. I am also working towards my real estate license.
I hear the Madison REIA is a good group to be part of so I will be checking them out.
It is exciting to finally be taking the steps to be part of this great community!
