Here's the official COVID-19 website for California that the state just launched: https://covid19.ca.gov/.It has current information on how to stay healthy and avoiding catching/spreading the virus, links to school districts (so parents can find out which schools are closed) & public health authorities, as well as helpful resources that people will likely need during this time of crisis, such as how/where to file for unemployment, disability, family leave, or get help for small businesses.

As I understand the situation in Atlanta, there is only an official moratorium on evictions for specific city of Atlanta partner organizations (e.g., Atlanta Housing Authority, Atlanta Beltline, Invest Atlanta, etc.).

I am cancelling all showings but I am going to go over there once to video and create a virtual tour as well as create a plan view type layout of the house to give folks a better idea of what it looks like in addition to the images already on Zillow of the empty house.Form of nonrenewal was officially handed to her when I put the sign in the yard a week ago.
