Turns out the realtor has a family member looking to sell a small 5 unit park that is lot rent only with no PHOs (think training wheels for me)in another Western Colorado Town.

@Michael Reed you are going to find a ton of properties in western North Carolina that are private roads and renting out homes that are tough to access don’t end up well for renters.

I am in (Western side of Lower peninsula) Northern Michigan.
