Currently in the market for mobile home parks and self storage facilities in the north western Pennsylvania area with a price range of 1,800,000 or less public utilities and tenant owned homes a plus with the parks! As well I’m really looking to network with others in the Erie area as this is where I work and live and have many good contacts for a possible investor purchase. My name is Jake and I hope to meet new people and hopefully find a deal and be more involved in BP!
