if no one is willing to bid over that, the bank wins and they move on to the next one.If you willing to pay over the banks bid, you shout your bid (like on tv)  I think there is a minimum of 1000 bid increments for this CO.

No, I have no stock in Insta-hang, but I just saw an ad on TV for the little gizzmo that drives in pins in walls to hang pictures.I required the use of pins in my units for years, I showed them how to drive or press them in at an angle to hang stuff.

Don't be fooled by TV shows like "Income Property" where they make it seem like higher end rehabs will guarantee higher rents; that only happens when the neighborhood market rents already support such rent amounts.
