I'm treading pretty lightly on it right now until UT comes up with our rules - and I would recommend everybody else do the same until your state comes up with the rules.Wholesaling is hard.

The more you get, the more you tread into the territory where it's best to set up a fund though at 50-100K you may not be there.

Many will answer these questions for you, however most will not tell you that wholesaling is remarkably difficult - way harder than flipping, and if done incorrectly you could land yourself in some hot water, so tread lightly while getting started.Search through the forums and you'll find tons of details on how it's done.

I feel there is a thin line and you need to tread carefully because of your license and the laws, you will be held to a much higher    standard than a Non-Real Estate License Investor.

I don't know the law in all 50 states, but in Florida a non-licensed person who received monetary gain from a "licensed" activity is a big NO-NO...tread carefully.I'm guessing that wherever you live is a BUYER'S market.
