Yes I need to learn a great deal and even more so to do to accomplish all that.However a REI seed has been planted in my brain.

With bio-intensive gardening techniques one can plant a lot of food on 1/4 to 1 sunny acre of land with far more yield than commercial growers can do.

With the new med school coming on line over the next year, I anticipate a biotech boom and hopefully it has a similar affect as the new fab plants did around 1992 when they came on line here.

My best tip: stay super clean with vacuum and dust mop brigade as any speck or particle will be planted in your poly for life.

I think investors miss out on some free money when they don't check out some of those sweet rebates for things they are already doing (windows, insulation, ceiling fans, toilets, plants, etc.).  

It's exhausting and totally time consuming, but your planting your seeds now to bear fruit for you next Spring.  

@Kyle Hipp, I'm especially curious if you're running your AC a lot in your test, as we have the same weather.Our dehumidifer is Energy Star, and we water plants with our dehumidifier water to try and save a little, but would welcome not having to use it!

We've moved to other areas, as whre we worked with you has gotten super high and competitive.I do plan t keep this set long-term.
