From a legal perspective, it seems to be commingling a bit, but I guess it's technically a loan to the business.2) If that's not a viable option, then I was considering a business LOC.

To the east is Merritt Island which technically I could find properties that sold within a few miles but Merritt Island houses do not sell for the same prices as the rest of Brevard County as it is a desired location so prices do not compare. 

However, after talking with the loan officer, he said you cannot change your primary residence while in this loan (even after a year) and that it was technically the same for FHA loans.

Well technically he breached the lease twice (having a cat in the property and changing locks- we don't even have a key).

Prior to the move-in we completed background checks, references etc and did a walk though.

Plus MLO requires full FBI background and personal financial statements to qualify..

With our backgrounds and experiences we feel confident that we could manage an RV park, but we have no experience in real estate investing or buying properties in general.

I am technically an active CPA but haven’t been actively using the certification in almost 10 years and never specialized in tax, but I still have the general background and understanding.

The way I understand this is that technically you can manage the property but you can’t be paid to do so.
