The enforcing agency certainly cannot take action against an unpermitted unit without citing a specific health and safety issue to address.

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

Italy you can get loans for 3 to 4% but the properties have to comply or you have to correct if possible the situation.  

If you are doing it just to buy something my answer would be no, but if there is a specific deal that you underwrote that looks like a great deal then yes.Henry asked and brought up great points as well.
