Attention Connecticut Real Estate Investors,Our last meet-up was a great success, and we had an extremely knowledgable guest speaker talk to us about asset protection through legal entities.

The speakers had many many years of experience in what they were teaching,  and were very willing to share ideas and techniques with us, the students.

This is something that I learn from Napoleon Hill, the author of the classic book Think and Grow Rich.I'm not an expert in private lending but you or the speakers you have presenting should be.

This trend was predicted by a speaker at the REI meeting in Dedham about two months ago, based on various data points such as upcoming foreclosures.  

It was a great size group and they bring in speakers every month.  

Next months guest speakers are actually based out of the Oshawa area.

There will occasionally be a good speaker.

Some of the things I use to get inspired is listening to Zig Ziglar and other motivational speakers (plenty on youtube), reading books (Rich Dad Poor Dad, 4 Hour Work Week, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, The Bible, etc...), and just reading about real estate success stories on BiggerPockets.
