I've been through Conroe, talk to the seller about financing as I doubt any bank there will be foaming at the bit to jump on industrial properties, could be wrong, but I doubt that I am, certainly not at 10% down.

He suggested 2 options:1: go through and add fireproof 2x4's and use the fireproof spray can foam to seal them (a bit extensive- it's a very large house). 2: use some sort of fireproof "wool"- he uses stuff made by Owen's Corning but I can't see to find it locally unless I'm commercial, which I'm not.

The only thing I can come up with is that it will help shave 10 minutes off of my commute due to traffic patterns being more conducive.What have you done in the past to find truthful yet creative reasons to allow for new primary resident loans even though you have many others?
