Due to there size they have strength in corporate management, financing, SEO, and investment diversification (if they own 50 to 1,000 locations, no one location knocks them out).These are two totally different business models and products.

The website is great but it's static and it not well optimized for SEO.

You can utilize SEO, Facebook Marketing, social media, but nothing beats a good location.
