Going out to Bethlehem, PA to check a very promising 3BR/1BA single family home in an estate condition which need some rehab.Kitchen and bath need to be completely redone and the rest is mainly cosmetics.Can I assume about 30-40K for such work in Lehigh Valley?

I will look up gas prices on airplane websites that tell you were the best deals are on gas along your route of flight.. this can save a bunch. instead of popping into say Sun valley and paying 8 bucks a gallon X 60  to fill up i can hit Idaho falls small non towered self serve and get gas for under 5 bucks so save 200 dollars right there. 

As for properties, a lot of Bangor is priced on the higher side due to there currently being a housing crisis  (great time to be a landlord) but there are still plenty of deals to be found here and on the other side of the river in Brewer if you look.
