What i haven't read many studies on is the ones that viewed under age images aka child porn; i suppose again it would depend on how long ago it was and if they been good ever since.As a person sometimes I forgive people way to easy although the first one without sin should cast the first stone.

They could build a real nice hub of where the burbs meet the city.The problem would be how long would you have to hold that property and to pay those crazy taxes for 10 plus years would just be a huge drain on most average people.Also right across the way is Palmer Park.

Anchorage is less of a vacation destination and more of a transportation hub for all things alaska.Anchorage has a larger population than other parts of South Central AK, and more hustle/bustle going on. 

These substantial investments not only contribute to job creation and infrastructure development but also position the city as a hub for innovation and sustained growth.

Atlanta has always been a hub I admire although for its growth potentials and investor friendliness.

Jeff, I agree with you about the Toronto market, and  it's true (I think) that Canadians are a bit more risk averse than our US counterparts but there must be areas in the country (i.e. outside of the major hubs) where rehabbers or landlords are looking to buy without a realtor. 

Ability to connect to dock/hub for connecting to monitors while at home (USB-C or HDMI port i believe?)
