Contrary to popular belief, some of the management companies do bring large rental numbers.

I don't deal in Orange County, so I don't know the level of detail you can find online as to the progress of the foreclosure, if there is one.

That way I keep moving forwards and progressing!

I use usaa to insure my rentals; a number of the big insurers (progressive in my area) don't insure rentals.

Another risk is lost rent, but we have run at 100% occupancy for the past 3 years and achieve over 100% of theoretical rent due to late fees, so we view this risk as minimal.Assuming we close as planned in the next few weeks, I'll post pictures as the work progresses.

Church Hill is a great area, and likely to become even more popular with Stone having its operations in the area, which will likely attract even more services to the near east end.
