Hi Keith:You will need to navigate to "Tools" - "File Place" and search for my document.

You can apply this money as your down payment, and your own funds can count as reserves.Make sure you are working with an experienced loan officer who can help navigate this with you for a smooth loan process and no surprises.

So I know that there so much useful on here, but can anyone suggest WHERE to begin, it is all so overwhelming.  Any advice would be appreciated:-)Kelly

Yes, it may be harder to navigate with the FHA loan however I do think it's possible to find a property in that situation that's in good condition and does not need many repairs.
