In other words, I'd hope to pay market price to rent the place out so the home buyers can get an optimal but realistic return on their investment.So my goal to make this appealing to me, as a potential renter, is to also be one of the buyers.

In layman’s terms, I took all of my earned income to continue with the rehab only paying down my debt when someone else paid me (my lender via draw money).I won’t bore you with the details, but this lasted about 6 months.

Much of my career for the last decade has been in Cybersecurity, and we feel the same about DOJ and regulations around incidents.

House hacking seems like the best strategy for me.My goal is to purchase a single-family home in Maryland, D.C, (from lurking I've heard D.C was terrible for investing) or Virginia with multiple rooms where I'm making monthly payments similar to what I pay in rent and other charges ($2000-$2500).
