Instead of 2 x 2 cedar balusters, I've selected contoured wrought iron balusters that will be attached to the 2 x 4 cedar rails.

Anyways, the housing plan that was approved by this same committee clearly shows a set of heavy CLOSED wrought iron gates on the front of the tunnel - such that NO ONE can drive through it, you can only go through to the gate and then park.

Once that is done, we have tax free dollars and we helped with the National Debt :roll: I find it IRONIC that Liberals are really big on socking it to the RICH guys, "TAX THEM, TAX THEM, TAX THEM", but when it comes down to their money, YOU MUST DO A 1031 Tax Free Exchange.

If you pursue buying the Note make sure to have iron clad contracts to purchase so you do not end up with the task of foreclosing as the Note Holder.
