Best way to exchange ideas with local folks is to invite them to coffee or a meal or add a key word alert for your area and for the term meet up.  

I did my first house piece meal one room at a time paying for them as i earned the money because i didn't have the cash on hand.

So if there are any established investors in the Queens, or Long Island area that would enjoy a few free meals, let me know and lets begin networking.

We meet monthly, enjoy a meal together and listen to wonderful speakers from Attorneys to Clark County PUD.
