@Paul M. i saw on an older thread that they have the capability to "freeze" the account that was setup for the tenant via a request from the landlord.

You also don't want to compound your problems by having pipes freeze or other issues that you can prevent.

For this reason, when any cracks form (letting water in to freeze, expand and create more cracks...) if they aren't filled and handled quickly, it'll be a challenge repairing the property since the stone hasn't been readily available for up to 50 years.I am a fan of the look though!
