So sounds like with agents moving in that direction that is going to add another level of negotiations and put a ton of pressure on Buyers agents to get these fee's signed up front.One of the Agents that just sold one of my new constructions.. was telling me he showed a buyer houses and then said i need a buyers brokers and you have to pay me and the guy said no. 

I estimate about 10-15 people signed up for the diamond level so that is a pretty good chunk of change.

Bad news is you still have to pay them to run it for you.Hope that helps navigate the seas on a surface level for your NOLA STR!

If the aforementioned surcharge is approved by the Rent Leveling Officer, the surcharges shall run for maximum of two years, if so provided.

I've decided to take my experience to the next level and venture into flipping houses myself and hoping to see it become more full-time in the future.  

It takes me a while to develop a comfort level.    

Most often they have required some level of clarity, and inspections being passed.

It depends on who you talk to unfortunately and the level in which they care so keep dialing and talking to people there until you get one who cares.Sorry you're dealing with this.
