My initial issue was gaining the capital necessary to make this more than just a dream.

They have the same dreams as everyone else but when it comes to moving forward with those they find themselves held back because they either give up when it gets hard or do not have enough confidence in themselves.

The cost overruns could eat up your dream and cost you many nights of sleep.If you need to ask the question, at the very least you may want to consider bringing in an experienced partner.

a little about myself, I am 22, and my family has called me crazy for my dream of becoming a Wholesaler, I have just relocated to Fort Wayne, Indiana, after moving from the lovely country of Korea (Military Service) and now I am wanting to start up my investment career.
