True Story of How my First Real Estate Investment was a Scam

How do we get the MLS to fix the properties with the correct square footage or is this a scam going on, .......How the heck can we get a correct comp when the MLS is not reporting the correct square footage, or the broker?  

I want to make sure this isn't a scam before we continue with the application. 

It also gets you a bit of insurance from scamming contractors as each "draw" requires a certified inspector to sign off on the work and THEN the contractor gets paid.

Depending on the route you go, these two factors may be in conflict with one another, so you need to be really honest with yourself about what you can (and want) to devote to your investment on a daily basis.

And they're one of the biggest insurance scams of all time.

Absolute total BS, or your totally misunderstood, or you've got a scam "lender".  

Hi Everyone,My husband owns a handyman business and in the last week we have gotten text messages (which are not uncommon for our customers), however the 3 texts I am referring to are scams and I just wanted to share with other contractors so that you are aware.Each of the 3 texts started out asking about a specific service our company offers such as one was hardwood floor install, and the third pressure washing, don't remember what the second one was without looking.The first one gave me a red flag when I asked where they found out about our company when they gave me a website our company is not listed on, but I played along to see where they were going with this.

You should realize that is a common scam.
