We will need to clear the hoard of belongings left behind from the entire home before the demo and rehab can begin.

It will say electrical  $xxxx  drywall $ xxxxxx demo $ xxxxx  and so on .  

Assuming the right market and target demo of course. 

My question is, where is a good place to research to gather rough numbers on demo and renovation cost.

I would look over and calculate your demo debris carefully, if your talking multiple loads, bagsters going to add up pretty quickly.

If Jim Harbaugh can sell the fanbase on a potential national championship, surely you can sell them on this :) But seriously, since you're already demoing it offer it to some frat guys or similar group for the fall semester.

I know I will be low balled by developers and it is a $1,000,000 shell in 20016, on prime street.with lots of development now.I started demoing upstairs myself, wondering if I should keep going...Thanks in advance.
