We track all expenses in our check book and check the account daily online looking for fraud.  

Unfortunately most of the reviews are well over a year old but it should get you started.Also, just highlight the word "turnkey" and then click on the "follow keyword" box that pops up then you will get an alert (or daily summary) of all the posts that come up with that keyword.

Notes done right do not have expenses in 20 years you will need to replace all major systems in that rental to have any value.just food for thought..  

So it won't be a "monthly" fixed rate, or even a daily fixed rate, it will be different every month.

I'd advise to set yourself a yearly goal, then break that down all the way to daily; what do you HAVE to accomplish every working day to reach your goal at the end of the year?

The only ways I would buy out of town is to buy a minimum of 30 units in an apartment complex so you can have enough money to hire a property management company that will take care of the daily stuff.
