@Matt Dickens Brian is right.I see a lot of this as a respect issue, if he doesn't have respect for himself and his time to organize it so that he can provide quality service for his customers, how can he respect his customer's time and jobs?

To deal with the changes in height that are in the transitions between rooms, I'm thinking about using various width boards to build custom height floor transition/ thresholds between each room.

Anthony -  thanks for the question … I would recommend that you  contact  your bank  and whomever else you want ...using the same  exact  scenario and questions - outline / ask  whatever questions you have ...maybe gets some  basic  quotes ….once these  conversations are  completed - make a  decision as to whom you want to use for the  pre approval/ pre underwritten process ….. the FHA  product is  very homogenous and  shouldn't  be too much different from one lender to another ….. the  customer service might make a difference

The brokerage seems to be growing rapidly;  can this be sustained in the long run with very little brand recognition amongst customers (compared to a Keller Williams, REMAX, Coldwell Banker etc.)?

Perhaps businesses would be better served by this kind of storage as they don't care what it looks like, just whether or not it is safe and accessible.Think of your customer: if you are Joe and Jane Smith looking for a place to park your prized 1968 Camaro-SS, do you want a traditional, climate controlled roll up door that comes with a paved parking lot, security cameras, high fences, and 24/7 access, or do you want what amounts to a metal box?
