Otherwise, life down on Dysfunctional Farm is great with the flock(s) of chickens, geese, guineas, ducks, sheep .. and in-house dogs cats and rabbits providing much needed relaxation from an increasingly hectic life as a realtor!

Tyson was considering 2 locations in Kansas to build a 320 million dollar chicken processing facility (my town being one of them). 

Property has 5 gated pastures for animals (horses, sheep, goats, etc), hay barn, chicken coup.

In a way, this feels like one of those "Which came first, the chicken or the egg?"

At the end of the day, I probably won’t go with this tenet (they also asking about bringing chickens, which I also posted about); but as I’m new to the game myself, wanted to make sure I was aware of common practices so I don’t come off as ignorant when asked for a commission.

I took am curious about how one goes about jumping from residential to commercial properties- this becomes especially important if you want to move to more than 4 properties, so do they taken into account your existing experience with residential as a positive factor in determining eligibility, or is it like the chicken and the egg syndrome?
