You should join a culture that appeals to you. 

It was a bit of a culture shock for me...in a good way.  

Our goal is to create a culture of like minded individuals to learn and grow in all things relating to personal finance, investing, real estate, personal development, etc.

That trend will not change anytime soon, since the pandemic changed the culture around jobs around the world and people are no longer tied geographically to their job sites.

Some things I would consider:- Weather- Job prospects- Housing market and cost of living- Culture and diversity- Whether the market supports real estate investing (ex: it's difficult in San Francisco or Seattle)If you provide some more context on what you like/dislike I'm think it might be easier to hop in with an opinionated answer!

People now feel ok to invade your space and tell you how to run your business because we have mandates culture now.

The road to mediocracy, which is fine and many people enjoy it, but it's interesting that society and our culture tries to keep people in that realm.What are your thoughts!
