I can't speak to costs in Houston vs Ohio, but I am in an economically depressed rust-belt region, so I would think Houston prices would be higher.

I just cant seem how to get my first step taken, I am such a quick and fast learner and any second once I get my first deal done I can take off from there but thats the problem, I was wondering if you guys have any advice for me or have any opportunities for me as I heard sometimes doing a deal with someone can most definitely help you out and get a transaction under your belt to see how its done, I just need one opportunity to prove I actually can do all this at this age.

Hello BPI was with my aunt earlier and she told me about a lady that lives in a mini mansion in a nice part of town...My aunt told me she was behind on her taxes (3 years)...I'm a newbie and have no RE transactions under my belt...To be honest I'm not sure to try and wholesale it or lease option it and I don't personally have any/enough money to pay of the taxes...What should I do all feedback welcomed
