It appears the fee is for each LLC, so if you have multiple RE LLCs, you have to report each one and pay the fee. 

Do the fees listed above appear to match what I am required to pay per the contract terms above?

That may make inheritance a little easier.

A comment about the financing part...it is much easier and cheaper to get a HELOC on an owner occupant property. 

I’m curious to see if anyone has any experience in this sort of subject as if it would be easier to buy a home with a building already on it then ask the township for a permit or if we should continue to look to buy and build. 

I will also grab a RA in FL to avoid my address but it does appear I should have skipped registering in WY as it doesn't appear to have the same benefits I thought it would.

It is much easier to use their online business account application and just put my name there as the indirect account owner, and put in the 401K's EIN instead of the LLC's EIN.

It may be easier to get a line of credit on your SFR if you live in it.
