One of the annoying "secrets" in this business (that you learn pretty quickly after a few appraisals) is that finishes don't add much in terms of appraisal value.

Armando and the 3 dudes in Connecticut are so annoying. their arrogance just makes me want to throw the remote at the tv. i liked when armando was "writing his book" and he was like "flipping houses is easy. writing a book was hard". lol what a tool that guy is.i like flipping boston too, but can't find any more episodes.property brothers is kinda lame cause they spend all their budget on one area (kitchen or bedrooms) and the homeowners are stuck with jackal and hyde home.

I have thought a lot about this since I too buy with cash and I get annoyed with the hassles of rehabbing.

The management had the roommate sign a sublease, which is annoying.

However, my cable TV went out recently and I could not get it fixed until I remembered that I installed a cable booster that needs to be plugged in and I went to the garage and saw the GFI outlet was tripped again and that seemed to cut power to the GFI outlet that had the booster plugged into it.So, now this annoyance needs to be fixed -- is there anything I can do myself to check why the GFI keeps getting tripped or do I need an electrician?
