They will click around out of curiosity and because they're skeptical and will see things you'd rather them not see initially.A website shouldn't be viewed as a replacement for marketing, but just one piece of the marketing puzzle.

The other piece to the puzzle is that if we don't sell one or several of the properties, buying a place in chicago is probably not realistic right now as I just don't have the cash for the price ranges of Chicago properties compared to here.

But if the initial delinquency was 4-5 years ago, to me that 4-5 years they ignored it and shows a greater chance they've abandoned the property.It's really all like a big puzzle to me, putting all the pieces together and finding the clues...lol.
