One I fondly remember was - after putting out post-it notes on doors in a the Phoenix market (using a contractor) - we got a call from a woman that was SCREAMING at us (voicemail) and saying that she now felt that we were stalking her, maybe watching her, wanting her house when she had NO INTENTION of selling it and, now she felt she could no longer stay there, she had called the police to report us, etc.

I put one on front and back doors, one window, then I put a motion detector in a weird place (in one house I sat it on the stairs every night),,,,if someone gets in it alerts me and they call the police (I change the address when I move it from one to another project, I never have more than one going at a time.I use the kwikset smartkey, I have heard they are easy to break into, but most break ins I have seen involve a door or window being kicked inandy

Yes most restaurant operators clean the grease trap, it's why I put it outside with the owners maintenance responsibilities, just for fun...the DEA, great guys but they don't mess around, police actions, civil unrest are not a covered peril under insurance, happened here as well.
