well I guess I did not get the memo when I was number 24 for take off and got through half the movie before we launched there at ATL.. but to be fair they had a runway closed.. but I will differ to your expertise in this matter that is one I had not heard before  IE a direct correlation to real estate values.. based on air traffic.I think we can agree though Boeing got their ++++ in a ringer on this one..
