Negatives are clearly obvious, I would put a huge sum of money away, which can either be good if inflation keeps rising along with prices or I just bury this money if there is a collapse.

Inflation is running at 6.2%.If we were all able to make money borrowing at 6% in a 2% inflation rate, why do you think you wont be able to make money borrowing at 4% with a 6% inflation rate?

Since we believe that inflation is not going to get much better and while we have such great interest rates I believe it would be a good time to jump into owning a few rentals.
