I still live in Dallas County and I am 60 years old now and thanks to my medical problems at 54 I am lucky my wife has been saving money about 25 years   She is very frugal and there are pros and cons about that.

Then we require them to provide documentation from a qualified professional, such as a medical professional or mental health professional or social service case manager, that attests to the fact that the individual has a qualified disability AND that they are in need of this particular animal to assist them in relation to this disability.Also, keep in mind that although you can't deny a person with a qualified disability their right to keep a qualified service animal or ESA, you can require them to pay for damages as they occur.
