Just curious if anyone here writes holiday greetings and or provide gift cards to tenant during year end/ new year.

If it was not such a giant pain to switch, I would be with RentManager.  

Your highest weekly rate is what I charge nightly during peak season, and I would never, ever set a rate that doesn’t fluctuate with seasonality, holidays, day of week, etc.

As I walked around the side roads you can tell people come and stay at their country spots on the weekends or holidays to get out of the city. 

This place is about to be one giant brick of ice for a couple of days.I have STR guests checking in this afternoon and then two turnovers between now and the 29th.

I'm not sure if it should be attributed to the Holidays, or something else, but here's the current listing, which is almost identical to the summer listing (just added more wintery wording such as "cozy up by the fireplace...").

Once the holidays are over im going to get going on kicking off an expanded site and marketing.
