If I ever am, I will accept the fact that I might not come out of it "made whole" - meaning I might lose some rent, there may be damage to the property that I cannot collect, I might have a vacancy, I might have to spend time and energy marketing, showing, and re-renting a property that should not have a vacancy.

I’m already talking to a couple and am open to any partnership that can be a solid win-win.I’ve gotten familiar with the local market and have the flexibility, time, and energy to manage deals.

If it is in fact a long term hold what do those economics look like?

Most economic activity contracted sharply and many people lost their homes and had their creditworthiness ruined.

I't was not easy getting this deal it wasn't that much but it was just a sense of energy in my body that made me smile .
