Hello All I have a similar question I have a one bedroom I am renting out and the female told me last minute she cannot move in so I am trying to decide to rent to this other female meets the requirements but has 3 kids.

We are working with several Asian investors (real estate funds) that are actively looking to buy US real estate assets in the next few months.

I have met a few male realtors that I gel with, but I also want to know, are there any female realtors in Delaware County who sell multi family and own multi family housing?

Both cousins are female in their mid 30s.

Every time a single female wants to rent it and I tell them " heres the shed its where you put YOUR lawn mower "   They reply that they dont want to cut the lawn .
