Reliable maintenance people and plumbers in the LA area?

Hi,

I own a duplex located in South Central, zipcode 90044 and I'm having the hardest time finding reliable maintenance people and plumbers who won't try to rip me off and actually do their job.

Being a young female it has been especially difficult so any referrals would be so greatly appreciated!

Especially for maintenance I need someone to have on call.
