All of that to say, the primary gaps in my team are the contractor/subcontractor slots.

People have no problems "liking" on Facebook for 3 hours straight, but give them an online application, and they'll fill it out by Labor Day - that's why I like RentPrep - people fill out a 2 pg application, then I upload the data to RentPrep who does the rest.  

Orem, springville, spanish fork, lehi, AF, PG, and Eagle mountain all have pretty easy to work with zoning dept.  

Good opportunity to explain that they should get it and that your are not responsible for their losses if, for example, a break in happens.These documents go in a folder with a business card in the slot, so packet is professional and presentable at signing.  

But in the case that you do get a business loan, I'm not so sure the structure of the LLC is going play an enormous role in an underwriting decision since most lenders are likely going to put you through a normal underwriting process with your personal finances, with you giving a PG.

The neighborhood is currently around 17% (33 out of 200) are rentals and the POA will require leases to be reviewed and approved by the new Board, if a  rental slot is even available. 

This is just a piece of steel with a slot in it that screws to the wall or the floor at the back of the stove. 

Most downtown high rise estates "sell" parking slots, in case you missed that.

In the leases, we give tenants the option of dropping their rent off at the desk and it is then slotted for general mail pick up.
