He said “no” .. then I asked very politely that I would appreciate if he could double check that with some sort of master plumber at his company to make sure ..because that’s rather costly to do what “may” be necessary …he got “Lou” on the phone and minutes later we knew what was required and what not ..I got a written report …all ended up well.

Their marketing is really cool for new flippers with their hard money glossary, link to foreclosures and what not but I'm thinking that's who they must do pretty much all of their business with.
