I suspect most agents in those areas never get a physical copy of the title commitment I find i have to ask for it in those venues. 

Close to venues that people from out of town would need to stay here?

I heard the venue hotel is sold out for BPCON22. 

I figured it would make an excellent wedding venue while investing little money ($7,568 in total) into it.

Happy to split the costs if anyone wants the convenience of being at the venue for half the cost.

Vegas and the Dallas areas are both great venues although I believe the Note Expo (according to Colonial / Bob Repass)  is closer to the airport this year and not in Addison, TX location.
