Then you can browse the available titles, and then you can even borrow the ones you find interesting and read them at home too.Bookstores are also OK for browsing, but they usually get a bit upset if you don't make a purchase.

you might still get some sellers looking over on the other page and getting upset that you're selling their house for less than they wanted to sell it to you but... they agreed to it so you can't feel too bad... though I understand you wanting everyone to feel like they got a good deal....

Making a joke that the amatuer gardeners are probably going to loose interest really quickly when they discover it is work to grow plants.It's a time honored tradition to grow a victory garden in hard times, and it does help the budget somewhat.I just thought it was interesting that so many people had the same idea to grow food, when they must have never had the idea before.Or maybe they did and now they have time because they are unemployed.

You don't want to get too upset until you see who he put in there and what the rental agreement is.In future, put it in your offer that the seller can not place any new tenants into the building or sign any new leases or rental agreements after the offer has been submitted and accepted.
