It's an interesting field to me and I'm excited to get my feet wet.Outside of this newly established real-estate journey, I work a 3-11 at a Honda engine plant, which provides me with stable income to invest with...especially in this low-cost-of-living area in the Mid-West that I reside in. 

Don't forget to start planting seeds about that 107 unit if it's a mom and pop type of operation...

Perhaps the L/P plants the seed of responsibility in the tenant/buyer's mind, but not sure it goes much beyond that.  

Is that like a rock garden with desert plants or just plain concrete and basketball hoop? 

I couldn't think of any other way to the plant seeds in their heads any earlier in their life. 

There's a handful of manufacturing companies that have corporate headquarters or plants in the area as well, there's also some decent logistics infrastructure in place which makes for a very solid blue collar community as well.

@Tim Toney just like the saying is, The best time to plant a tree was years ago, the next best time is today.

I have a few other great options for drainage/hardscape, but those two would be the most helpful with the plant selection/design elements.

I'm just East of Tampa and know that directions pretty well if you'll be dealing out in Brandon/reverview/Plant City.  

I think tenants also had some plants there as well.
