She will probably trust her lawyer a lot more than a stranger. 

I have strong networking skills, so during the 2 hour lecture I was able to partner up with a stranger to gain access the seminar for half the price which made it accessible to me considering my limited budget.

Sure I have to turn lots of prople away, but you wouldnt give out your ATM pin code to a stranger, why give them keys to your house!!!

A few hours later she tells me, No, she's not comfortable with a stranger being in the house when she's there - in other words, no deal, no renting a room.

Do you prefer to rent the rooms out to friends/acquaintances OR do you rent them to strangers?

My thought was familiarity with my plans and goals would go further than just showing up as some stranger off the street.However, sometimes the simplest answer is correct.  

He's probably there now and the Owner and Listing Broker are looking at him in disbelief;-) Who knows, stranger things have happened...

It is not like a duplex at all...it is fenced in and everything is shared...so what if one tenant parks 5 cars in the driveway or opens and shuts the gate at all hours...most folks don't want to be fenced in with a complete stranger...
