If not looking to launch a PM business, it's ok to do what works, and evolve as time goes.

The real estate industry is evolving daily, and we in the real estate community have adjusted periodically to accommodate different obstacles. 

We were using a local small company that did exactly what evolve does in PA then they got shut down by the PA real estate regime.

In other words, you do need to figure out how you are going to stay abreast of and navigate an evolving and increasingly hostile legal landscape.

Just look at how long-term single family rentals have evolved. 

I was planning on using a third party called, Evolve, to help me book my STR.

As you accumulate more, your strategy will evolve and you will have more choices.

That’s still evolving every 7 own years to add new platforms for pretending.

I am a believer that exposing ideas to a different point of view enriches any endeavor, and you never know, by doing so, what will happen, and that is why I like this forum and why I like to share this project...So keep in touch, so you can see how it evolves, I have a feeling it is going to have a happy ending😎
